It’s a done deal, signed, delivered. McGregor Announces His UFC Comeback
McGregor confirms UFC White House is his comeback to the Octagon by claiming his long-awaited UFC comeback is now a ‘done deal’.

Former Dual-Champion McGregor Announces His UFC Comeback at White House Event
As we know, President Trump has announced a UFC event at the White House next year, coinciding with the 250th Anniversary of the United States. Dana confirmed the event later. The former UFC champion Conor McGregor has shown a keen interest in being a part of this historic event. Although Dana announced that there will be no matchups or fights decided until February, McGregor has some other plans.
While talking to Fox News, McGregor said:
Done deal, signed, delivered. It ain’t a negotiation. It’s a done deal, signed, delivered. McGregor will compete in the White House for America’s 250th birthday.
He added:
“Me and Dana are in constant communication, we’ve done incredible business together. I’m the highest-generating fighter of all time in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. They’ve just signed a breathtaking deal with Paramount, where we go to cable TV. $7.7 billion that deal was approved for.
I’m ready to rock, baby. Bring in the big dog, the ‘Mac G’.”
MacGregor has also revealed recently that he is negotiating with Trump for $100 M Fight at White House Event, bypassing UFC. The former dual-champion has not fought a single fight over the last 4 years since his trilogy with Dustin Poirier. Now McGregor is hoping this event will be his comeback as he has some unfinished business with rival Michael Chandler, with whom his fight was cancelled in 2024 due to his toe injury. Moreover, McGregor is dead serious about the event and said he will isolate himself ahead of the event, as it will take sacrifices to get back into fighting shape.
“I have eight months and change out to the White House event. It’s a six-month operation. I consider it a six-month operation to get ready for this bout. That’s my focus right now. I’m just eager to climb the steps to being ready for my return. There’s a lot at stake, and I’m very excited about the opportunity.”
“I was right there with my last one. I was in incredible condition. Incredibly well-prepared. Just a slight lapse in concentration led to an injury. I wish to correct that and show what I’m about.
“I’m eager to get back, and we’ll see what the future holds after that…”
“There will be a period of isolation for sure, where the phone will not be answered. All my people involved with me understand it is coming. As I said, it’s a six-month operation. I’m under no illusion of what lies ahead in my preparation efforts.”
“The phone will be switched off, and the work will be executed.”
